Xidents is an independent, founder-led business. Your project starts with a direct conversation about the work you want to improve, the constraints you face and what a useful outcome would look like.

I take a human-first approach: understand the people doing the work, respect their expertise and build tools they can use with confidence. Technology should earn its place through a simpler workflow, a clearer decision or a product people enjoy using. Sometimes AI is a useful part of that. Sometimes a straightforward application or integration is the better fit.

I use AI to assist research, development and testing. I remain responsible for understanding your requirements, reviewing the work and deciding when it is ready to deliver. Specialist input and support needs are discussed as part of the scope when a project calls for them.

The ambition behind Xidents is to make useful technology accessible to smaller businesses as well as growing organisations. Start with a manageable investment, build skills alongside the system and expand when the evidence supports it.

That ambition extends beyond individual projects: develop reusable products and implementation patterns, learn from real customer needs, and grow delivery capacity responsibly as demand develops.

Alongside service work, I’m developing a portfolio of tools: Xidents Calc, Glintory, Cutwoven, Luma and WaveFinish. They span everyday calculations, capture and annotation, content creation, photo enhancement and audio finishing. Each product has its own purpose and development stage. Australia and New Zealand.

Xidents serves customers across Australia and New Zealand. International enquiries are also welcome, including conversations around a planned construction operations demonstration for Dubai. Project scope, currency, delivery arrangements and support are agreed before work begins.

Meetings are available virtually and in person by arrangement, with Sydney and Auckland as the main locations for customer visits.
